Abstract

This research aims to 1) develop QR Code-based E-Flashcard learning media in the Biogeochemical Cycle subject matter for Tenth grade MIPA SMA/MA that implements the 2013 Curriculum, 2) knows product quality, as well as 3) students' responses to products that are being developed. This research belongs to the Research and Development (R&D) type of research and applies the ADDIE development model which includes Analysis stage, Design stage, Development stage, the limited Implementation stage, and Evaluation stage. The product will be assessed with an assessment instrument based on the Likert scale for reviewers (1 media expert, 1 material expert, 6 peer reviewers, and 2 biology teachers) and the Guttman scale for 15 Tenth grade of students of SMA Negeri 4 Kediri in the 2021/2022 academic year. The results of the data collection that has been carried out are the material expert's assessment is 93%, the media expert's assessment is 100%, the peer reviewer’s assessment is 97%, the biology teacher's assessment is 95%, and student's response is 95%. Thus, the quality of the product being developed is included in the very good category for use in the learning process in the classroom.
