Abstract

This research was conducted at MTs N 9 Bantul Yogyakarta which focuses on madrasah management in improving Teacher Professionalism with the aim of: 1) Describing the implementation of teacher professionalism in the implementation of learning in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 in MTs Negeri 9 Bantul, 2) To analyze the madrasa management process in improving the professionalism of teachers in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 in MTs Negeri 9 Bantul, 3) Analyzing the impact of teacher professional development in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 in MTs Negeri 9 Bantul. This research uses qualitative methods, this research approach is a critical analysis that provides an overview and describes a problem under study. With a critical analysis approach, the analysis obtained is in the form of (words, images and behavior) and is presented in the form of narrative descriptions. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Then the data is analyzed in a described way. In this study, the main resource persons were teachers, principals, and deputy heads of madrasahs as supporting data. The data is verified using the validity of the data in the form of triangulation, then the data is analyzed by reducing the data, presenting the data and the last stage of drawing conclusions. The results of research Madrasah Management in Improving the Professionalism of Teachers MTs Negeri 9 Bantul in the Era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 are 1) Professionalism of teachers in the implementation of revolution-era learning: all competencies include (a) Pedagogic Competence (b) Personality Competence (c) Social Competence (d) Professional Competence, already running well and optimally 2) Madrasah management in improving the professionalism of teachers of MTs Negeri 9 Bantul in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, namely, (a) Planning in the form of: Planning teacher needs, program analysis and implementation analysis. (b) Organizing in the form of: Defining programs, creating teams, assigning assignments. (c) Implementation in the form of: Training and coaching teachers in the IT field, implementation of training and MGMP. (c) Evaluation in the form of; periodic assessment of teacher competencies. 3) The impact of madrasa management in improving the professionalism of teachers in the 4.0 era in MTs Negeri 9 Bantul is the improvement of the quality of education in MTs Negeri 9 Bantul. This is evidenced by the many achievements achieved by students every year both at the local and national levels who are guided directly by professional teachers in accordance with their qualifications in MTs Negeri 9 Bantul. In addition, MTs Negeri 9 Bantul is also one of the schools that is in demand by the community as evidenced by the large number of student registrations for each new teaching.
