Abstract

The Covid-19 virus began to enter Indonesia at the end of 2019 quite significantly. The Covid-19 virus has paralyzed various sectors such as education, the economy, and society. This causes the government to take action to overcome the impact of Covid-19. The Covid-19 virus has spread throughout the country, including villages. The Village Government as part of the Government has a responsibility terms of maintaining the security, comfort, and peace of the village community. Following Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages. Villages have the authority to regulate their household affairs without interference from the local government or the central government. For this reason, to overcome the impact of Covid-19, the Jatimarto Village Government issued Village Head Decree No. 26 of 2020 concerning the Establishment of the Jogo Tonggo Task Force for Covid-19 Prevention. The decision must at least contain the object of study from Fiqh Siyasah so that it can be carried out to be for the common good. Jatimarto Village is a village directly adjacent to Karanganyar Regency and becomes an alternative route between cities between provinces, thus making Jatimarto Village a fairly serious threat to the spread of Covid-19. The purpose of this research is to describe the policies of the Jatimarto Village Government to overcome the impact of COVID-19 from the perspective of village autonomy and siyasah fiqh. The type of research that the researcher uses is field research using descriptive analysis research methods, in conducting research the researchers compile and collect data using interviews and documentation. Which is then carried out an analysis of the data that has been obtained by researchers using the descriptive analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the Jatimarto Village Government Policy in efforts to overcome the impact of covid-19 from the perspective of village autonomy is in line, seen from the realization of the granting of state attribution authority through Law Number 6 of 2014 which was embodied by the Jatimarto Village Government through Decree of the Head of Jatimarto Village Number 26 of 2020 Meanwhile, from the perspective of fiqh siyasah, the policies implemented by the Village Government are in line with the attribution authority granted through the Jatimarto Village Head Decree Number 26 of 2020 concerning the Formation of the Jogo Tonggo Task Force for Covid-19 Prevention by using the fiqh siyasah study object and the fiqh siyasah method, namely maslahah mursalah.
