Abstract

Islamic boarding school allow students to interact closely with the Koran in their daily activities, including in class. Physics learning will be more interesting if it is integrated with the Al-Qur'an. This research aims to: 1) find out how the process of developing of Al-Qur’an Integrated Physics Module For MA Ali Maksum, 2) find out the quality of Al-Qur’an Integrated Physics Module For MA Ali Maksum, 3) find out the participants' responses. students in a limited trial of Al-Qur’an Integrated Physics Module For MA Ali Maksum which was developed. This research is a Research and Development or R&D research. The procedure for developing this research uses a 4-D model, which includes the stages: 1) Define, 2) Design, 3) Development, 4) Disseminate. However, this research was carried out until the development stage, namely a limited trial. The instrumens used in this study were instrumen and product validation sheets, assessment sheets, and student response sheets. The assessment of the quality of the module uses a Likert scale with a scale of 4 while student responses use the Guttman scale which is made in the form of a checklist. The result of this research is the Al-Qur’an Integrated Physics Module For MA Ali Maksum. The quality of the learning modules developed is based on the results of the assessment of material experts with a mean score of 3.11; media experts with a mean score of 3.26; and science teachers with an average score of 3.33; so the module has good quality (B). Student responses to Al-Qur’an Integrated Physics Module For MA Ali Maksum in a limited trial obtained an average score of 0.96 with the agreed criteria (S).
