Abstract

Klithih is a social phenomenon going on in yogyakarta. It starts out in mean as a positive thing, but as time goes by it appears the language of the klithih is synonymous with street crime. The majority of clippers are teenagers, though some are adults. Puberty is especially vulnerable when it is not accompanied by good spirituality. The klick motive is very different in other crimes, as the predominantly teen perpetrator wants to show his or her existence by both his or her neighbors and other groups. These klicious crimes are a cause of public alarm because the perpetrator does not hesitate to threaten or even injure his victims. Police officers as law enforcement officers played a significant role in handling this clean-up action. Based on the description researchers are interested in examining the efforts of the police in addressing klifts and whether the handling of cuts is in accordance with the regulations of the law? This research is field research.
