Abstract

This thesis explain about guidance psychowriting for group district teacher work (KKG). Seyegan, Regency Sleman. As for purpose from study this is for know, describe, and analyze steps guidance psychowriting for group district teacher work Seyegan, Regency Sleman, supporting factors _ and hinder mentoring programs psychowriting for group district teacher work Seyegan, Regency Sleman. Method used _ in study this is method qualitative descriptive. Data collection using Observation (observation), interview (interview), and Documentation (documentation). Results from study this found exists steps guidance psychowriting there is four stages namely: 1) planning, 2) organizing, 3) implementation, 4) follow-up. There is factor supports and inhibitors in the mentorship program psychowriting namely: external and internal factors. As for the program for group teacher work (KKG) could given fish _ with exists trainings writing work write more scientific _ deep namely the guidance program psychowriting with repair quality from work scientific the before published.
