Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence wakif satisfaction in waqf institutions. The research object was conducted at Baitul Maal Binamas Purworejo. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study was taken using a random sampling technique with a total sample of 75 samples. The sample in this study were wakifs who made endowments at Baitul Maal Binamas Purworejo. The data analysis technique used in this study was using Structural Equarion Modeling (SEM) using the Amos 25 software. The results showed that (1) service quality had a significant positive effect on waqif satisfaction, (2) service quality had no significant effect on waqif satisfaction, (3) convenience has a significant positive effect on waqif satisfaction, whereas (4) emotional factors have a significant negative effect on waqif satisfaction.
