Abstract

Information systems also have an important role in the field of education, especially in data processing. Academic Information System which already exist in the Faculty of Science and Technology there has been no facility to handle the registration munaqosyah. Handling existing Munaqosyah still simple and the manual that it needs the development of systems capable of handling such munaqosyah registration. Munaqosyah Information Systems aims to simplify data management and scheduling munaqosyah thesis in order to facilitate the provision of information services for faculty and students munaqosyah. This research takes data from the Faculty of Science and Technology in the data center of PKSI ( Information System and Computer Center) of State Islamic University Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta form of student data, faculty data, courses of study data, the data direction and data space. Implementation of this system using Delphi programming language, PHP, Oracle database and webbased desktops as well. The method of design system with functional approaches to be illustrates using DFD (Data Flow Diagram). While in basis data model to be illustrate with ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram). The system generates information about a student thesis data collection, scheduling seminars set of proposals, data collection reports student thesis guidance, and arrange scheduling munaqosyah. Disadvantages of this system is still limited features such as cheking feature for the same or similiar title that could subsequenly be further developed.
