Abstract

The development of small industry is essential requirement to fulfill the human needed that rised. The ergonomic approach is needed to get comfortable and safe of work system. Therefor the ergonomic analysis is needful to increase the work time productivity. This research used Rapid Upperlimb Assessment (RULA) and Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) methods to analyze the work posture of worker. The result of work posture analysis from the antene production in CV. Sahama, there are three process that need to get correction quickly because have ahigh risk level. That process are : drilling 1 of boom department, drilling 2 of boom department and drilling of reflector department. The facility correction are adaptation of table and chair high, and work posture. There is a reduction risk level of Cummulative Trauma Disorder (CTD) from the result of the correction, from high level to the low level according RULA and from high level to the moderate level according REBA. Whereas the work time productivityis rised, that marked from the standard output 26% for drilling 1 of boom department, 33% for drilling 2 of boom department and 17% for drilling of reflector department.
