Abstract

Tuan Guru's active role in spreading Islam in Lombok has made Lombok now an island of a thousand mosques, an island with a Muslim majority population. Tuan Guru Haji Mustamine Hafifi is one of the many Tuan Gurus who have played a very active role in carrying out da'wah activities. Tuan Guru Haji Mustamin Hafifi's da'wah activities were welcomed by many parties and the congregation. Many like Tuan Guru Haji Mustamin Hafifi's da'wah communication because his delivery is straightforward and easy to understand even by ordinary people. However, on the other hand, Tuan Guru Haji Mustamin Hafifi also received rejection from his own community, which is a different organization from his in Gonjong hamlet, Montong Gamang village. Thus causing people who support and reject Tuan Guru Haji Mustamin Hafifi's da'wah to become enemies of one another and create a rift in the ukhuwah Islamiyah relationship between them. In the midst of this rift, Tuan Guru Haji Mustamine Hafifi continued to try and try to improve and enhance the Islamic brotherhood between the opposing and accepting camps. With various kinds of efforts and communication methods, da'wah is carried out in order to improve and enhance the relationship between ukhuwah Islamiyah between them.
