Abstract

This research is from the background of the importance of maintaining Communication in maintaining Interfaith Harmony. Bali is one of the provinces that has a majority Hindu community. It is not an obstacle for other religions to live a fertile and quiet life on the island of Bali, such as in the Puja Mandala House of Worship Complex, Bali. Five houses of worship (Mosques, Catholic Churches, Viharas, Protestant Churches, and Temples) are the nodes of tolerance that exist in Bali. This research method uses a Qualitative with a Case Study Approach. In the Selection of Research Subjects, researchers use Non-Probabilty Sampling Techniques by determining sampling subjects including, the Head of the Puja Mandala Association, Religious Leaders of Each House of Worship, and Tourists visiting the Puja Mandala. In Collection, Researchers use observation, interview, and documentation methods. The analysis used by the authors of Miles And Huberman went through four stages, namely Data Collection, Data Reduction, Data Presentation, and Conclusion Drawing. The results of this study show first, Between Religious Believers in Puja Mandala McGarry out Effective Communication by five Communication Laws, Respect or Mutual respect between Religions (Mutual Cooperation, Religious Activities, Have Five Religions), Empathy or care between religions ( Death Visit and Interfaith Cooperation), Audible or The message can be understood between religions well, (become on Between Figures and People, Between Paguyuban Puja Mandala), Clarty or Open Attitude (Interfaith Deliberation), Humble (Care Between Houses of Worship). Second, Interfaith Efforts in maintaining harmony in Puja Mandala include holding joint activities both formally and informally, Religious Leaders always conveying to each devotee to respect other religions, Assistance both from the government and abroad has become the Privacy of each house of worship, Maintaining interfaith communication When carrying out religious activities that present many times, strengthening each community to avoid splinter activities, cooperation between religious leaders, heads of associations and the surrounding community.
