Abstract

This quantitative research determine the financial performance of Islamic Commercial Banks using RGEC and SFA methods. Descriptive analysis explains secondary data which is processed with Eviews12 and Frontier 4.1c software. The sample consists of nine Islamic Commercial Banks counted five years from 2017 to 2021. The results explained that the average financial performance of Islamic Commercial Banks during the study period is in the HEALTHY category and is accompanied by fluctuating developments, but the bank is quite efficient in controlling costs. The variables that affect the financial performance of Islamic Commercial Banks according to the RGEC method are dominated by aspects of profitability, namely ROA, NI and BOPO, while according to the SFA method they include total assets and labor costs.
