Abstract
Whistleblowing is an important tool for uncovering fraud. Large-scale fraud incidents such as Enron, Andersen, Tyco and WorldCom demonstrate having an anti-fraud system is a must. This study used social desirable responding bias as the control variable. This study aims to determine the factors that influence whistleblowing intentions in accounting students. This study used SEM with primary data from the questionnaire. 172 samples were used, the population is the state university accounting student in Yogyakarta. This study finds that attitude has no effect on whistleblowing intentions, while subjective norms and perceived behavioral control have a significant positive effect on whistleblowing intentions
