Abstract
This study aims to determine the correlation between positive thinking with selfefficacy. The hypothesis in this research is that there is a positive correlation between positive thingking with self-efficacy. The population in this research were junior school students Muhammadiyah 3 Depok and the sample were 91 students. The data were collected in this study using a scale of self-efficacy and positive thinking scale. It was analyzed by Pearson’s Product Moment correlation. The results showed that there was a very significant positive correlation (with rxy = 0.635 with p = 0.000 p <0.001) between positive thinking with selfefficacy. Contribution efiktif positive thinking to students self-efficacy of 40.3 %. This means that the higher the positive thinking of students, higher self-efficacy. Conversely, the lower the positive thinking of students and students self-efficacy was also lower. So the hypothesis in this research is received.
