Abstract

Medicine allergy is an abnormal reaction from immune system to a medicine that basically is harmless. For a pharmacist, it is an important thing to know patient medicine allergy so they can provide a right medicine. But in pratice, giving a wrong medicine is happens often either from the pharmacist himself who did not ask, or patient’s forgetfulness to tell their medicine allergy. Because of that, pharmacist need a system that can record and facilitate the identification of medicine allergies. Development method for Medicine Allergy Record System is Extreme Programming due to fast changing needs. Form of developed system is a website as a platform to organizing data and mobile applications to make identification of patient data. The test results using black-box testing and user acceptance test on the system created show that the system is acceptable and suitable to used by users.
