Abstract

This research is based on the occurrence of several cases in a philanthropic organization. including: misuse of community funds, abuse of amil duties, selling databases to outsiders and so on. So that people still do not fully believe in paying their zakat to an amil zakat institution. Therefore, the Amil Zakat Daarut Tauhiid Cares Institute continues to improve the quality of amil as a human resource by providing spiritual reinforcement. As for this thesis, it discusses why, how is the planning and communication process of the Amil Zakat Daarut Tauhiid Care Organization Organization in providing spiritual reinforcement to amil. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. In selecting research subjects, researchers used a purposive sampling technique. As for the subjects of the research, they included: Representatives of institutional managers, Amil Representatives, Beneficiary Representatives (mustahik), Donor Representatives, and Representatives of the surrounding community within the Amil Zakat Daarut Tauhiid Cares Institution. In collecting data researchers used the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis uses Miles And Humberman through four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study explain that first, the Organization of the Amil Zakat DT Peduli Institution has a strong foundation, namely the value of Tauhiid as the identity of the organization, Tauhiid becomes the foundation, goals and ideals of the institution, and becomes a spiritual value for the extended family of DT Peduli. Second, several programs that have been implemented from a plan include the Mutaba'ah Yaumiyah report, the Al Hikam Study, the Ma'rifatullah Study, the Santri Amil Forum Study and student work training In this case, it becomes a form of strengthening the spirituality of amil. Third, organizational communication is carried out using internal organizational communication, namely the process of communication between superiors and subordinates, communication between subordinates and superiors and communication between employees in an effort to convey matters of strengthening spirituality and work coordination.
