Abstract

Work engagement is an important part that is used as a construct for assessing the good and bad performance of a company. This research was conducted to find out how much influence job demand, perceived organizational support, and resilience have on work engagement case studies at BPD DIY Syariah. The research method uses quantitative research. The sample in this research is 40 employees. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling. The data analysis technique uses the SEM-PLS approach (WarpPLS 8.0). The results of this study indicate that job demand (P = 0.364) and resilience (P = 0.308) variables do not have a significant effect on work engagement. The perceived organizational variable (P = 0.001) has a significant effect on work engagement.
