Abstract
The library of UIN Sunan Kalijaga has received award as “Rujukan Nasional Akreditasi Nasional” (National Reference of Library Accreditation) from Perpustakaan Nasional Republik Indonesia (National Library of the Republic of Indonesia). However, some students are still dissatisfied with the services provided by the librarian. This study aims to determine how much influence UIN Sunan Kalijaga library services have on student satisfaction. The researcher hopes that with this research the UIN Sunan Kalijaga library will be better in providing services to library visitors. Path analysis is a technique for analyzing causal relationships that occur in multiple regression if the independent variable affects the dependent variable not only directly but also indirectly. In this study we use path analysis to find satisfaction indicators. The satisfaction indicators are reliability factor (X1), responsiveness factor (X2), assurance factor (X3), empathy factor (X4), tangible factor (X5). The sample data size is 200. Furthermore, the data is analyzed using software R 4.1.1. The results were 0.176 X2 + 0.150 X3 + 0.157 X4 + 0.528 X5 + 0.252.
