Abstract

This research started with the emergence of brokers in cultivating rice fields in Lebung Jangkar Village, random harvesting made many farmers want to take precedence, and brokers played an important role in cultivation in Lebung Jangkar Village, from these problems why was there an agreement on cultivating rice fields through brokers in Lebung Jangkar Village. What is the perspective of the muamalah contract on the rice field cultivation agreement through a broker in Lebung Jangkar Village? This will reveal why the public chooses a broker, whether there is a discrepancy in this contract or even deviations from the muamalah contract. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method and a normative approach, by examining religious texts, namely the Al-Qur'an and Al-Hadith, as well as the opinions of scholars regarding rice field cultivation agreements through brokers. The results of this study are based on the analysis of culture agreements through brokers, which are practical and quick to help equipment owners and farmers, brokers have competence and expertise in managing schedules, and local wisdom is still hereditary culture where equipment owners and farmers in Lebung Jangkar Village entrust the harvesting process to brokers. Analysis of the perspective of the muamalah contract on the rice harvesting agreement through the broker has fulfilled the contract requirements, the fulfillment of the appropriate contract principles, the rights and obligations between the parties are balanced, without any pressure from the parties on each other, in line with the provisions in the juʻãlah contract. There needs to be a standard wage received by the broker for his services when there is a cancellation from the tool's owner to anticipate disputes between the parties.
