Abstract

The podcast programs that are in the Noice application are the many podcast programs that have received positive comments from their listeners and the messages conveyed are very important to society, namely containing elements of messages of inter-religious tolerance. Where there is always an interesting discussion to peel, because it is an awareness that we must live side by side with followers of other religions, so as to create a harmonious living order and mutual respect in the implementation of other religious worship. This study aims to find out the messages of inter-religious tolerance contained in the Different But Together podcast program on the NOICE application. This type of research uses qualitative research. Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis method is used to dissect messages of inter-religious tolerance contained in the Podcast Program on the NOICE Application. The research results show that; first, the Meaning of Denotation in the podcast program is different but together with Habib Jafar it is about how the dialogue between Habib Jafar (Islam) with Erza (Jewish) and Pastor Nelson Hanuhutu (Adventist Christian) they sit and dialogue together with different religious beliefs backgrounds . Second, the connotative meaning shows the various forms of images of religious tolerance applied by Habib Jafar (Islam) with Erze (Jew) and Pastor Nelson Hanuhutu (Adventist Christianity). Starting from the tolerance view of each belief, respecting other people's beliefs, understanding each other, to how to find common ground between existing differences so that differences are beautiful and peaceful. Third, the meaning of myths explains the myths related to religious tolerance in each scene studied and explains them from a point of view that is understood by the general public and also from the point of view of the Islamic religion and then describes the meaning of these myths. Fourth, the meaning of religious tolerance in the dialogue between Habib Jafar (Muslim) and Erza (Jewish) and Pastor Nelson Hanuhutu (Adventist Christian), namely respecting other people's beliefs and understanding each other.
