Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence contained in the financial ratios in Altman modification model on stock prices in transportation and logistics sector companies that have been registered on ISSI for the 2017-2021 period. This research is included in the quantitative research with an associative type and collects data with the documentation method. The data used is in the form of secondary data in the form of financial report data that has been published in the annual reports of each company during the study period. The results of this study indicate that the ratio of working capital to total assets has no effect on stock prices, while the ratio of retained earnings to total assets and the book value of equity to book value of total debt has a significant effect on stock prices, and the ratio of earnings before interest and taxes to total assets have a significant negative effect on stock prices.
