Abstract

The science of accounting that is developing in Indonesia does not only provide good benefits for accountants, but also gives a bad effect and becomes a source of new problems, one of which is fraud. Factors that cause fraud to occur are due to pressure, opportunity, rationalization, ability, arrogance, and collusion. This study aims to determine the effect of morality, ethical values, and leadership style on tendency fraud. This study used a sample of 120 employees of Islamic Banks throughout Indonesia. The data in this study used primary data and assisted by SPSS 20 software. The results of this study showed that morality, ethical values, and leadership style have a significant negative effect on tendency fraud.
