Abstract

Referring to educational goals, schools must balance the development of soft skill aspects in harmony with hard skills and affective aspects in harmony with cognitive so that they can help students achieve success in their lives. SMPN 2 Ponorogo has a spiritual organization which is expected to become a forum for improving the soft skills, religiosity, and religious moderation of its administrators. The purpose of this study was to analyze The Influence of Activeness of Organization on Increasing Softskills, Religiosity, and Religious Moderation of Spiritual Administrators of SMPN 2 Ponorogo. This research was conducted through a concurrent embedded design strategy. The population of this research is the Rohis administrators of SMPN 2 Ponorogo with the sampling technique that is nonprobability sampling and using a saturated sample of 41 administrators. This study uses the results of the questionnaire as major data with the MANOVA analysis technique and interview results as minor data. Then analyzed both so as to create research findings. The results of the study show that: First, there is an influence between activeness in organization on increasing soft skills. It is observed from a significant value that is less than a probability of 0.05 (0.0000 <0.05), and an R squared of 0.686. Secondly, there is an effect of activeness in organization on increasing religiosity. It can be seen from the significance value that is smaller than the probability of 0.05 (0.0000 <0.05), and R squared of 0.689. Third, there is an influence between activeness in organization on increasing religious moderation, observed from a significant value of less than a probability of 0.05 (0.0000 <0.05), and R squared is R squared 0.544. This shows that all Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This was then corroborated by the results of the research field findings which stated that the Rohis administrators who participated in the ta'lim, khataman, muhadharah, and HBAI commemorations activities could improve these three aspects. To oversee the strengthening and habituation of the Rohis administrators, it is balanced with supervision and exemplary guidance from the Spiritual Leaders. So that educational institutions should provide support and incentives to encourage students to be active in organizations.
