Abstract

This study aims to determine; 1) Soft Skill Development Of Students Through The Spiritual Islamic Program At Smk N 1 Klaten, and 2) What are the supports and obstacles in Soft Skill Development Of Students Through The Spiritual Islamic Program At Smk N 1 Klaten. This research is a type of field research (field research) with a qualitative research approach (qualitative research), namely a study aimed at describing and analyzing phenomena, events, social activities, attitudes, beliefs, perceptions, thoughts of people individually and in groups. The research results show that; (1 Soft Skill Development Of Students Through The Spiritual Islamic Program At Smk N 1 Klaten, as follows: "Saturday Morning" Study is held every month with the following objectives: Fostering faith that has resided in the niche deepest heart, Increasing piety to Allah SWT, Strengthening the belief that Allah will never leave His servants who struggle in His way, Expanding insight regarding the science of deen (religion), Strengthening ukhuwah. Character values instilled include the following: Religious , Honest, Tolerance, and Social Care, (2) supporters and obstacles in Soft Skill Development Of Students Through The Spiritual Islamic Program At Smk N 1 Klaten. (a) Support; motivation, obedient students rules, interesting topics discussed, interesting presenters / presenters of material, good and responsible cooperation of organizers, punctuality in activities. (b) Obstacles; not interested in activities, students do not obey the rules, the themes discussed are not interesting, the speakers / presenters of the material are less interesting, lack of energy in the committee in preparation and implementation, lack of student awareness of the importance of religious knowledge.
