Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the implementation of Integrated Quality Management at MA Nurul Ummah in producing quality graduates who are religiously cultured. This research is qualitative research with a case study type. Informants in this study were: Head of the Madrasah, three Representatives to Madrasahs, BK, and Chemistry Teachers, six female students, and one Alumni. Data collection by interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques with transcript, coding, grouping, comparing and contrasting, and interpretation. Data validity technique with source triangulation. The results of the study show: (1) Religious cultural practices at MA Nurul Ummah are carried out through the routines of asmaul husna, congregational prayers, and midnight prayers; (2) Implementation of Integrated Quality Management, namely: First, customer focus, namely by always receiving input from parents of students for the good of the learning process and educational outcomes that make customers happy. Second, total involvement, namely by involving all levels in the madrasa in deliberations to formulate or establish policies. Third, commitment, namely the supervision of educators regarding learning and providing teaching schedules proportionally to produce better quality graduates. Fourth, measurement is done by carrying out routine evaluations carried out by all madrasah parties. Fifth, continuous improvement, namely by transferring the management of dormitories under the supervision of madrasas and integration of the Ministry of Religion's curriculum with the yellow book.
