Abstract
PT. Naturindo Fresh is a company that produces and distributes original Indonesian herbal medicines with a focus on the health sector. Production scheduling is carried out by taking into account product stock in inventory and the number of orders from consumers. Production scheduling at this company does not yet have a definite schedule. The production schedule is only in the form of what types of products will be produced within 1 month but in the process, employees are free to choose which products will be produced first (random). The purpose of this research is to determine the job order and make the resulting pan based on the method used. The research method in this study was carried out using observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. The company's actual scheduling produces a makeup of 30,725.08 minutes. The Campbell, Dudek, & Smith (CDS) method produces a makespan of 30,634.18 minutes with job order 7 – 10 –1– 20 – 21 – 24 – 23 – 5 – 18 – 19 – 4 – 8 – 9 – 3 – 25 – 16 – 17 – 22 – 15 – 12 – 13 – 26 – 14 – 2 – 11 – 6. Palmer's method produces a makeup of 30,743.75 minutes with job order 5 – 19 – 24 – 4 – 18 – 15 – 16 – 23 – 9 – 20 – 7 – 17 – 10 – 8 – 22 – 21 – 3 – 1 – 25 – 26 – 12 – 13 – 14 – 2 – 11 – 6. The Dannenbring method also makes a pan of 30,743.75 minutes with job order 5 – 19 – 15 – 4 – 18 – 16 – 24 – 9 – 17 – 23 – 20 – 22 – 8 – 12 – 7 – 10 – 3 – 21 – 1 – 13 – 25 – 26 – 14 – 11 – 2 – 6 So that with the results of this method CDS has the smallest makespan which can be a recommendation to be applied to scheduling PT. Naturindo Fresh Kulon Progo.
