Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that hit the whole world, including Indonesia, has had an adverse impact on many sectors, one of which is the economic sector. Temboro Village became one of the villages with red zone status after the Malaysian Ministry of Health confirmed that 43 Al Fatah Islamic Boarding School students from Malaysia were confirmed positive for Covid-19 when they returned to their home country. The District Government decided to carry out physical distancing for Temboro Village to prevent the spread of Covid-19. The implementation of physical distancing greatly affects the wheels of the community's economy. In accordance with the instructions of the central government in determining priorities for the use of village funds during the Covid-19 pandemic in Village Minister Regulation No. 6 of 2020, the Temboro Village government uses village funds to overcome problems that occur in Temboro Village due to the spread of Covid-19, especially during the implementation of physical distancing. This research will discuss the efforts of the Temboro Village government in managing village funds during the Covid-19 pandemic based on Village Minister Regulation No. 6 of 2020 according to the perspective of maqasid shari'ah and management concept theory. This study uses field research methods and uses a juridical-empirical research approach, namely an approach to examine village fund management during the Covid-19 pandemic in Temboro Village. This research is descriptive analytical in nature, namely collecting data according to the conditions in Temboro Village, then presenting the data obtained and analyzed to provide an overview regarding the management of village funds during the Covid-19 pandemic in Temboro Village. The results showed that the distribution of BLT in Temboro Village was one of the village government's efforts to handle and prevent Covid-19, namely by distributing village cash direct assistance (BLT-DD) which was distributed to beneficiary families (KPM) every month. It's just that the selection of BLT recipients was not on target, there were allegations of nepotism that caused the distribution of BLT to be inaccurate, causing harm to the residents who should have received it. Disinfectant spraying and distribution of social assistance have been carried out several times to help people who are self-isolating. If it is related to maqashid syari'ah, the use of village funds during the Covid-19 pandemic has not created community welfare.
