Abstract

In the management of water supply carried out by the Paddukuhan Ploso Piritirto Village Purwosari District group, there is a significant amount of water pricing in regulating Water governance. The price of water is calculated from the amount of water flow with a size per cubic meter of 5000 rupiah. This is accompanied by a system of community entanglement in people's meetings to determine the price. Therefore, it is this effect of price determination that is the benchmark in determining general benefits. Prices that the community thinks are rationally acceptable so that they can get a fair price. Determination of water prices in Islam refers to the concept of fair prices. So in this case, the determination of prices in Islam has two form, some are allowed because they are fair and some are haram because of zalim. The question in this matter is how to analyze the fairness of pricing on the management of water sources, the ethical perspective of Islamic business. This type of research is field research using qualitative Descriptive methods. The theory used in this study is Cost, Pricing, Islamic business ethics Whereas the data analysis method used is a qualitative analysis method using data collection methods to monitor observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are: first, cost analysis based on total cost units of production costs for the Drinking Water Supply System ( SPAM) Plooping Ploso during 2021, amounting to Rp 67,067,000,- and unit cost of production per cubic (m3), which is Rp 3,000,-. and the company if presented has a profit of 40% of the selling price of water. Second, based on an analysis of the fairness of price fixing, The practice of pricing water sources in the Ploso Pendukan in Islamic business ethics studies has listed the concept of price justice propotional. Prices are seen as discriminating against weak communities that limit the need for less than average water volumes – average usage
