Abstract

Understanding on the charge of adultery (qaẓaf) it's in the QS. An-Nuur [24]: 4-9 is never complete, because of the differences of opinion that occurred among the mufassir from the classical era to the contemporary in understanding the evidence in providing information related to the accusation of adultery contained in the verse. The existing interpretation of QS. [24]: 4-9 is used as a legitimation to continue the procedure of proof in giving testimony to charges of adultery (qaẓaf) in the contemporary era. The desire is reinforced by the word editor yarmuuna al-muhṣanaati summa lam ya’tuu bi arba’ati syuhadaa’ (the one who accuses a good woman of adultery and is unable to bring four witnesses) which is understood as proving the accusation of adultery with four witnesses. Actions that can be carried out in the contemporary era using electronic evidence that is more accurate than human memory, such as virtual witnesses, audio recordings, cctv, video recordings, and in the form of text conversations on social media. This is because the reaction of interpretation products that ignore the context, interpretation products that are ideological and sectarian, are not relevant to the problems faced by people today that are textual, this can be solved by contextual interpretation that reveals the message of the Qur'an in accordance with the current situation without eliminating the textual dimension, taking into account the socio-historical context, both micro and macro. Therefore, this study intends to review the interpretation of QS. An-Nūr [24]: 4-9 by applying the theory Ma'na Cum Maghza. This is a research paper (library research) that are critical-analytical by using theoretical approaches Ma'na Cum Maghza which consists of two main steps, namely first, revealing historical significance (al-maghza at-tarikhi) by searching for historical significance (al-ma’na at-tarikhi) in linguistic analysis, intratextuality, intertextuality, historical context analysis and uncover the main message of the verse. Second, the importance of Contemporary Art (al-maghza al-mutaharrik al-mu’asir) by defining verse categories, reactualizing and recontextualizing the main message of the verse, reinforcing its dynamic significance contemporary with other sciences and capturing the symbolic meaning of the verse. In this study, we have examined the role of the central nervous system (al-maghz|a> al-mutaharrik al-mu’asir) from QS. An-Nur [24]: 4-9: first, guard of honor through virtual witnesses, because by using electronic devices in the form of virtual witnesses who have accurate data accuracy, so as to provide data information clearly. Acts qaẓaf in the current era can be traced from the legal and psychological aspects. Second, the existence of a statute of punishment for the offender to protect against defamation. Because for the perpetrators can be acted criminal law, abandoned by the community because it can not be trusted anymore. Third, a good name restoration effort, because it damages their reputation and dignity and loses their true confidence in people's lives.
