Abstract

Da'wah is not effective if the da'i does not pay attention or in-depth observations regarding background of mad'u. This needs to be done so that the da'wah message you want to convey can be conveyed properly. There’s da’wah ethics that should da’i apply. Fuadh Naim is a da'wah influencer who uses the Korean Wave as a da'wah topic and innovates to attract young people. In this study, we will analyze how the communication ethics of Korean Wave da'wah are applied by Fuadh Naim through Alphiandi's YouTube shows? The method of this research is to use a qualitative approach with ta'lif theory: the ethical and aesthetic theory of da'wah popularized by Dindin Sholahudin. Data collection techniques conducting literature and documentation studies which will be using the method of data analysis of Roland Barthes model. The results of this study are that Fuadh Naim applies his da'wah ethics in accordance with the theory of ta'lif namely Principle Aspects, Empathy Aspects, Verbal Aspects and Gentle Actions, Da'i and Mad'u Relationship Aspects, Caring Aspects, Equality Aspects, Secret Aspects , Aspects of Appreciation, Aspects of Being Open to the Truth, and Aspects of Avoiding Disputes. However, there are several aspects that are contrary to what Fuadh Naim applies, namely the secret aspect.
