Abstract

The development of technology in today's life is one of the major challenges in the da'wah process. Da'wah, which is usually carried out conventionally or face-to-face, is now turning to digital da'wah. As a result, conventional da'wah can be threatened and interesting innovations need to be made to maintain the program. As the first Islamic religious education institution, the mosque must always be ready to maintain its role as a medium for Muslim da'wah. The organization of studies in the form of discussions, lectures and learning models that have their own format has been developed and adjusted to the level of community needs. Identical to the title of the student city, several mosques in Jogja still create conventional da'wah programs with the target audience of young people as mad'unya, one of which is the Starday Nite program by Real Masjid 2.0. Through these studies, conventional da'wah is expected not to sink further so that it can still cause positive effects and activities for its audience. This study aims to determine the effect of mad'u as well as the reason why mad'u follow the Starday Nite program. This research is a descriptive qualitative research involving several samples to be analyzed using Miles and Huberman content analysis. Stimulus-response theory and da'wah effect theory will emphasize the analysis of the da'wah effect obtained. Data collection techniques will be obtained from interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that based on the classification of da'wah effects obtained by mad'u, each informant got 3 types of effects, namely cognitive, affective, and behavioral. Of the three types of effects found, cognitive and behavioral effects are more dominant than affective effects. Three of the informants also said that the reason for following Starday Nite was that apart from being single, Starday Nite was also their destination to fill their spare time. Then one informant said Starday Nite as a place of healing and entertainment, and the last informant said Starday Nite was still occasionally an option to fill study activities even though he already had a partner.
