Abstract

This study aims to explain the influence of emotional quotient, work load and work conflict on employees work stress at Yogyakarta Madina Syariah Bank. The dependent variable in this study is work stress, while the independent variables are kecerdasan emosional, work load and work conflict. The population on this study were all employees of Yogyakarta Madina Syariah Bank. The sampling method used was saturated samples which is all members of the research population. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires. The analysis used is multiple linear regression techniques. The results of the analysis show that Emotional Quotient have negative effect on employees work stress, and work conflict have positive effect on employees work stress. While work load doesn’t affect on employees work stress.
