Abstract

This study aims to determine the differences in the company's financial performance before and after the merger based on financial ratios. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method. This type of research is quantitative research with the research object used financial performance before and after the merger of Indonesian companies listed on the IDX in 2011-2021. The data analysis technique used is the Normality Test with a paired sample t-test. The results of this study indicate that the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) variable shows a significant difference after the merger. While the variables Curren Ratio (CR), Total Asset Turn Over (TATO), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE) did not show a significant difference after the merger.
