Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Attitude Toward Using, Intention to Use, Perceived Risk, Trust, and Intention to Use on Actual Use on the QRIS feature on the BSI mobile banking application in Indonesia. The research population is BSI mobile banking users who have used the QRIS feature as a means of payment. The sampling technique used is a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The method used in this study is the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (SEM-PLS). The results of this study are that the variable Perceived Ease of Use has a positive effect on the variable Perceived Usefulness, the variable Perceived Usefulness has no effect on the Attitude Toward Using variable, the Perceived Ease of Use variable has a positive effect on the Attitude Toward Using variable, the Attitude Toward Using variable has a positive effect on the Intention variable to Use, the variable Perceived Risk has no effect on the Intention to Use variable, the Trust variable has a positive effect on the Intention to Use variable, the Intention to Use variable has a positive effect on the Actual Use variable.
