Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of technology, working capital, working hours and work experience on the income of fishermen in Paciran Village,Paciran District, Lamongan Regency. The analytical method used in this study is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 26 software. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique. The data used in this study is primary data obtained directly from the respondents and the sample used in this study is 37 respondents. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously technology, capital, working hours and experience at sea have a positive and significant effect on fishermen's income while partially technology, capital and working hours have a positive and significant effect on
