Abstract
In the business world, instability and financial risks are unavoidable factors, affecting both large-scale enterprises and SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises). The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence of the Loan To Value (LTV) policy and inflation on the growth of SME credit in Indonesia from 2010 to 2023. This study employs a quantitative research approach, and the data used is secondary data. The research method utilized is the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) analysis, using monthly time series data from January 2010 to March 2023. The research findings indicate that Loan To Value or Financing To Value (LTV/FTV) policies have a positive effect on the amount of MSME credit and financing in Indonesia in 2010-2023. Inflation and the BI Rate have no effect or have negative and insignificant results on the Total Credit and Financing of MSMEs in Indonesia in the 2010-2023 year. Non-Performing Loans (NPL) have a negative influence on the Amount of MSME Credit and Financing in Indonesia in 2010-2023.
