Abstract

This research focuses on discussing community welfare in Kapanewon Sedayu in 2018-2022. In this study, the independent variables were taken in the form of village original income, village fund allocation and village funds. The dependent variable is the welfare of the community with the indicator number of heads of poor families. The analytical tool used is panel data regression analysis to determine whether there is influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. Then the second analysis tool is Process Hierarchy Analysis which is used to determine the priority of the welfare program being implemented at Kapanewon Sedayu. ResultsThe results of this study are that the village's original income and village fund allocation have no effect simultaneously or partially on the welfare of the community. Meanwhile, village funds have a partial effect on community welfare. Furthermore, the results of the process hierarchy analysis show that the priority of the community welfare program at Kapanewon Sedayu is in the field of increasing people's income with alternative MSME training programs.
