Abstract

Economic growth in Indonesia is influenced by factors of production such as capital, labor and technology. Labor has an important role in economic growth depending on the ability of the economic system to absorb and utilize this workforce. Fiscal policy has a strategic role in economic growth. This study aims to examine the influence of labor and fiscal policy on economic growth in Java in 2015-2022. The analytical method used is panel data regression using secondary data from the six provinces of Java Island. The results of this research show that employment, fiscal policy, the Human Development Index, and the unemployment rate have a significant effect on economic growth.
