Abstract

This research is aimed to eximene the effect of Employee Knowledge, Policy of Company and Corpotare Social Responsibility (CSR) of factory on Green Banking Application. The data source of this research primer data gained from quesionaire on 50 respondents using purposive sampling methode. The respondent at this research is the staff office of BSI in Cilacap regency. Analytival data technique use IBM SPSS Statistic 26 by qualilative methode. The result of this research show that the employee knowledge doesn’t effect significant on green banking application. Then the factory policy variable effects significant positively on green banking application. While factory Corporate social responsibility give negative and significant effect on green banking application.
