Abstract

The development of the number of investors in the Indonesian Capital Market continues to increase from year to year, including investors in the Sharia Capital Market. Certaintly, this cannot be separated from the investment decisions that the investors have made. Basically, in making investment decisions, there are several rational and irrational factors that can influence investors. This study aims to analyze the effect of Financial Technology, Sharia Financial Literacy, Overconfidence Bias and Herding Bias on investment decisions in the Sharia Capital Market, with a research sample of Muslim Investors. This research used Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) analysis with the help of SmartPLS software. Based on data processing from 190 respondents collected through the questionnaire method, the results showed that Financial Technology, Sharia Financial Literacy and Overconfidence Bias have positive and significant effects on investment decisions in the Sharia Capital Market, while Herding Bias is known to have no positive and significant effects on investment decisions in the Sharia Capital Market.
