Abstract
Economic growth is something that is important in the development of a country. In the last few decades, there has been a marked increase in economic growth. This is due to the large value of the gross domestic product. The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of Islamic banking intermediation and financial stability on Indonesia's economic growth from 2008 to 2022. This study uses quantitative methods through secondary data sourced from the Financial Services Authority, the Central Bureau of Statistics and Bank Indonesia. The analysis technique in this study uses the Error Correction Model (ECM). The results of the statistical tests explain that the variable financing problems in the short term has a significant effect but not in the long term, the third party funds variable in the short term does not have a significant effect but in the long term it has a significant effect, for the variables of profitability and inflation in the long term and short term have no significant effect on economic growth, the exchange rate in the long term has a significant effect but has no effect in the short term and interest rates in the short term and long term have a significant effect on Indonesia's economic growth.
