Abstract

Economic growth is one of the most important things for the country because it is a measure of the welfare. Welfare measurement includes not only monetary achievement but also utility value. There are several theories about economic growth including the Neoclassical theory and Endogenous theory. This scientific work aims to explore the influence of PMDN, PMA, RLS, AHH and TPAK on economic growth in Indonesia. The scope of this research covers 34 provinces in Indonesia from 2012-2021. The analysis used is panel data testing. Through the feasibility test the selected model is FEM, with the results of the study showing that: PMDN, PMA, RLS and AHH have a significant positive influence on economic growth. Meanwhile, TPAK has no impact on economic growth. The author hopes that the government will continue to try to reduce the unemployment rate and job providers will working with the government to create jobs.
