Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there are differences in self-regulated learning between Al Quran Science High School students who follow face-to-face learning and those who follow distance learning. This research method uses a quantitative approach. This type of research is comparative research. The population in this study were all students of Al Quran Science High School in the 2022/2023 academic year totaling 435 students, consisting of 297 students who attended PTM and 138 students who attended PJJ. From this population, a sample of 84 PTM students and 45 PJJ students was taken. The sampling technique used proportional stratified random sampling. The validity test shows the Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.730, and the reliability value> 0.6. Data analysis method using independent sample t test with JAMOVI application. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, the t statistical value is 5.54 with p = 0.001. Because the p value < 5% (0.001 < 0.05), the hypothesis is accepted, that there is a significant difference in self-regulated learning between Al Quran Science High School students who follow face-to-face learning and those who follow distance learning.
