Abstract

The ethical practices of teachers and students in this disruption era are very concerning based on several incidents in the field of education. Many cases of physical violence, sexual violence, psychological abuse, and bullying have been recorded by the Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI). The concept of Learning Ethics from KH Hasyim Asy'ari and KH Ahmad Dahlan can be recommended as an alternative in dealing with ethical problems in the learning process from both students and teachers in the midst of massive innovations in education in the disruption era. The concept of Learning Ethics of the two figures is needed to be used as a solution to overcome these problems. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with library research. Data collection was carried out with various stages, namely: orientation stage, exploration stage, and focus study stage and after the data was collected, data analysis was carried out with interpretation and descriptive techniques. The results showed that the concept of learning ethics according to KH Hasyim Asy'ari is the ethics that must be obeyed by teachers and students in the educational process, namely sincere attitude, wara' attitude, and tawadhu attitude. Then, the similarities and differences between the concept of learning ethics KH Hasyim Asy'ari and KH Ahmad Dahlan lies in the aspect of discussion, KH Hasyim Asy'ari explains the ethics of students towards themselves, student ethics towards teachers, student ethics towards their lessons, while KH Ahmad Dahlan only explains student ethics when studying. Furthermore, the actualisation of the concept of learning ethics of KH Hasyim Asy'ari and KH Ahmad Dahlan in the disruption era is emphasised in several aspects, namely: Ikhlas, in the learning process is intended solely to seek the pleasure of Allah, secondly wara', the need for prudence in the learning process, and tawadhu, the importance of having an attitude of humility to avoid arrogance in the learning process. The importance of a student and teacher to have learning ethics initiated by KH Hasyim Asy'ari and KH Ahmad Dahlan to equip themselves in the Disruption Era.
