Abstract

This thesis is entitled "Implementation of Policies on Coastal Processing in The Constitution No. 27 of 2007 Case Study of Vannamei Shrimp Farms In Lapa Taman Village." The research is motivated by the issue of shrimp ponds happened in Lapa Taman Village which causes polemics regarding business licenses and environmental pollution. This research is a 'field research' and the data was obtained from interview and documentation techniques. This research is using a descriptive qualitative approach, which takes up problems about how the application of policies on coastal processing in Law processing in the Constitution No. 27 of 2007 and how the review of Siyasah Dusturiyah on the application of constitution No. 27 of 2007 in case study of vannamei shrimp ponds in Lapa Taman Village. Based on the results of the research, the application of Constitution No. 27 of 2007 on the Management of Coastal Areas and Small Islands in Lapa Taman Village has not worked out. It is characterized by the occurrence of environmental damage caused by vannemi shrimp farming. The review of siayasah dusturiyah on the application of Constitution No. 27 of 2007 concerning the management of coastal areas and small islands got some obstacles, especially in the business licensing field. The supervision of the Environmental Agency of Sumenep Regency, especially the Lapa Taman Village government apparatus do not work optimally because in this case, there are still shrimp farms that do illegal venname shrimp farms located on the coast.
