Abstract
Islam teaches its adherents to always prioritize togetherness and help each other. This is not only in the realm of worship, but also in the realm of muamalah. This behavior of togetherness and mutual help has long been practiced by Indonesian people in the economic and business fields. PT. Peksi Gunaraharja is a business entity that cooperates with a partnership scheme. Partnership conducted by PT. Peksi Gunaraharja is more specifically engaged in quail farming. Partnership cooperation carried out by PT. Peksi Gunaraharja so far has apparently not used a written agreement. This of course has the potential to cause problems in the future, such as there is no clarity of rights and obligations between PT. Peksi Gunaraharja and partner, the potential for forgetting about the complete contents of the cooperation agreement, to the high potential for default that will harm one of the parties. This type of research is field research and is descriptive-analytic in nature. The main problem in this study is analyzed with contract theory and concepts which are mainly taken from Q.S. Al-Maidah (5) verse 4, syirkah al-muf
