Abstract

PT Natural Nusantara or commonly known as NASA is an MLM-based company in the from of a network. In the NASA Business, there are business partners or distributors who assist the company in selling its products with a network system. In taking advantage of its distributors, there are two kinds of profit taking on distributors of PT Natural Nusantara. First, profit come from the difference in the price of products. The focus of the problem in this thesis how to analyze the profit-taking system carried out by PT Nasa’s distributors in accordance with the views of Islamic law and the rights and obligations of the company and its distributors. The purpose of this thesis is to find out the profit-taking path obtained by PT Nasa’s distributors and to find out wheter the profit-taking system that has been implemented is in accordance with Islamic law. In identifying these problems, this research uses qualitative research with the type of field research that uses Islamic legal theory in discussing buying and selling practices carried out by distributors of PT Nasa. The focus is again on the theory of buying and selling as salam, adjusting to the transactions made by distributors and consumers. As well as using the theory of agency and wakālah application principles in accordance with the DSN MUI Fatwa in analyzing the rights and obligations of distributors in the MLM network. In the data collection methode, the authors use interview techniques and literature study. The results of this study are that the profit-taking system carried out by PT Nasa and regarding the agency principles applied by the company to PT Natural Nusantara distributors have complied with the rules and conditions of Islamic law because the company PT Natural Nusantara prioritizes fairness, honesty in its scope of works.
