Abstract

Siaga Bhakti clinic still has not implemented professional internal communication from leaders to employees, employees to leaders or fellow employees, so the hospital culture applied is still not optimal because the implementation of internal communication is the lack of openness of the leadership will be the actual working conditions are happening in the company. Another problem is the limited time that leaders have to communicate face to face with employees so that the lack of employee communication satisfaction. This research used theory Internal communication and organizational culture with qualitative method. The aim this research is analyze internal communication strategies in instilling organizational culture in Klinik Siaga Bhakti. The subjects taken were people who are included in the organizational structure of Klinik Siaga Bhakti Pemalang where the informants, namely the head of the clinic, members of the divisions, and employees who have relevance to the topic under study will be determined using purposive sampling. The results of the study explain that internal communication at Pratama Bhaki Pemalang Clinic has two forms, namely vertical and horizontal communication. Vertical communication found there are two forms, namely communication from top to bottom and from bottom to top. The internal communication strategy used to instill organizational culture is to socialize organizational culture that includes responsiveness, encouragement, leadership, friendliness, and ability.
