Abstract

The research entitled Metaphysics Built in the Philosophy of Sopo Ingsun, Sopo Gustinipun and Sangkan Paraning Dumadi on the syncretism of Islam and Ancient Java in Wirid Hidayat Jati serat, is motivated by the many understandings of the philosophy of Sangkan paraning dumadhi which leads to Manunggaling Kawulo Gusti equated with the concept of Moksa in Hindu belief. Because the focus of research on Wirid Hidayat Jati serat focuses on the concept of unification of humans with God, the researcher took the philosophy of paraning dumdahi which cannot be separated from the question of sopo Ingsun and sopo Gustinipun as material objects to study this Serat. The method of data analysis in Serat research for thesis research uses several methods including the following: First, descriptive, namely research conducted solely based on facts or existing language phenomena. Second, comparative, which is comparing data with one another by comparing the use of similar perspectives so that similarities or differences are obtained and secrets behind the choices of perspectives and material objects. Third, hermeneutics, to reveal the fiber context which includes who is the speaker (communicator), who is the speaker (communicant), the place and time it is delivered. Fourth, the philosophical theory used to capture the wisdom and moral message contained in the understanding of serat Wirid, especially in the philosophy of Sangkan paraning Dumadhi. From this study, the author found that the concept of manunggaling as the estuary of the Sangkan Paraning Dumadhi philosophy in Wirid Hidayat Jati serat is different from the Moksa concept in Hinduism as a pre-authorship teaching, because in Wirid Hidayat Jati fiber it is about maintaining the Single Roroning concept.
