Abstract

In terms of organizing and distributing donations, the Government of Indonesia has established law enforcement through Law Number 9 of 1961 concerning Collection of Money or Goods. Any money over groceries must be returned by the shop owner, whether the amount is small or large, in Islam every other person's property must be returned to the owner. The phenomenon that occurs in the community shows that there are problems that occur, namely money that is not returned to the buyer and will be used as a donation made at CV. Putra Mina Sharia Supermarket. This research was conducted to answer the problems that had been formulated by the authors, namely regarding the implementation of a monitoring system for donations and how the view of sharia economic law is regarding unilateral donations in CV. Putra Mina Sharia Supermarket. This research uses a qualitative methods with a descriptive form of analysis. The type of research used is field research using the sharia economic law approach, namely an approach that wants to explain a problem from the perspective of human welfare. Sources of data in this study used primary data in the form of observations and interviews, as well as secondary data obtained from library materials in the form of books, journals, legislation and articles. The results of this study indicate that first, monitoring of donations at CV. Putra Mina Swalayan Syariah is not fully applicable based on Law Number 9 of 1961 concerning Collection of Money or Goods because there is no deed permitting donations. Second, the implementation of sharia economic law towards donations is in accordance with the fulfillment of the terms of the tabarru contract and this donation is the right step in implementing al-Maslahah al-Mursalah.
